Armorel House, Grouville

Armorel House, a mid-60s property, underwent a complete modernisation to meet contemporary standards. Structural walls were removed to redefine internal spaces, creating a more open and functional layout. The roof of the master bedroom was altered to incorporate a vaulted ceiling, enhancing the sense of space and airiness. A new natural slate roof was installed, adding durability and elegance to the exterior.

External walls were insulated and clad with HardiPlank, improving energy efficiency and modernising the façade. The property received all new plumbing and electrical systems, including solar heating for added sustainability. Underfloor heating was installed throughout, ensuring comfort and efficiency. Bespoke wardrobes, desks, bookcases, and office furniture were designed, constructed, and fitted to optimise storage and workspace.

The outdoor areas were enhanced with the fitting of Millboard composite decking and installation of porcelain slabs, creating inviting spaces for relaxation and entertainment. New aluminium doors and windows were installed, further modernising the property's appearance.
